Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped weekly, Monday to Friday from 12:00h to 18:00h (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Important notice for orders placed in countries outside the European Union:
Urban Market will not be responsible for any type of customs cost that may arise due to the entry of the package into your country if the delivery address is outside the European Union or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU). This amount may be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two previous ones and is calculated according to the laws of each country of which we cannot inform you since we do not have such information.
How can I make an exchange or return?
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases, we offer an exchange or return service.
1. You must fill out the exchange and return form
2. If your country is within the European Union, we will send you the return label within 24-48 hours.
3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the authenticity tag on the returned items must not be cut or torn. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, shoes and other accessories must be returned along with their original boxes, which are considered part of the product and must not be damaged, altered or have been used as external packaging for shipping.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive the refund in the same way you paid for the order. For purchases made by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in the customer's account within approximately 10-14 days, the time may vary depending on your bank. The money will always be refunded to the original account with which the payment was previously made.
How long do I have to return my order?
The time limit for returns is 14 days after the date you received the shipment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
