Return policy
Product returns, although they may seem like a positive thing by allowing the customer to exchange or return an item, have a very high impact on the environment and the economy.
The increase in greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change and the use of more resources to manage an exchange or return may mean that the product may have to be discarded or renewed, which will generate a greater extraction of materials and energy from our planet, as well as generating a negative impact on companies: transport and return costs, costs of managing returns, storage, renewal or refunds. This results in companies being forced to increase prices on their products and services to compensate for some of the losses, and this negatively affects consumers and their purchasing power.
FOR THIS REASON, WE TRUST IN RESPONSIBLE PURCHASES FROM OUR CUSTOMERS AND COLLABORATE WITH THEM IN THE CARE OF OUR PLANET AND ITS ENVIRONMENT.
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Items to be returned must comply with:
Return policy:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags and packaging.

Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original branded box and protective bag and must be inside a protective box when returned.

When trying on shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

If the item has a security tag or brand label, you must leave it in its original place.

Stockings, socks and lingerie must be returned with their hygiene labels intact, in their packaging and in perfect condition, whenever possible.

Lingerie and swimwear can only be tried on over your clothes. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or stained.

Due to their nature, we do not accept returns on masks unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including the branded packaging and any documents provided with it.
Please be careful when trying on items, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition as you received them. If the return does not comply with our Policy, it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for returns made by themselves and for those not using our standard returns service. If returning from a country other than the country in which they received the order, customers must bear the costs of the return and be responsible for the return. This excludes orders where an incorrect, damaged or faulty item has been received.
To improve our customers' shopping experience, we offer a flexible return policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your Urban Market account or restrict future orders if your return behavior violates our Return Policy.
Cancellation of an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
Depending on your location, you may also choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or CCR. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the date your order arrives using one of the methods detailed below. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and return of the items to the brand or Urban Market partner boutique.

Order cancellation form:
You must complete and return the order cancellation form at the end of this section and send it to the address we will send you by email from: info@urbanmarket.es when you send us the completed form.
If you cancel an order (or part of an order) during the cooling-off period, you must return the products within 14 days of the day your order arrived and you told us you were canceling, ensuring that the items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.
If you cancel a contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. In any case, your refund will be completed within 14 days from the day on which the partner received your return or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you returned the products to the relevant partner's address. However, you will have to bear the costs of returning the products to the partner.
